✦ 30-Day Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

✦ Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange the process.

✦ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Photo evidence may be required to process your claim.

✦ Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10–12 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

✦ Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

✦ Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery at the specified address.

✦ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to cancel it—please contact us as soon as possible.
